Let Your Heart Remember

Give yourself a gift.

Take a moment to remember something wonderful. (It can be as small as noticing a May blossom or a colorful butterfly or as amazing as the birth of a child.) Pause and let your heart and senses reconnect with the experience.

Linger in the inner space it creates. That memory does not exist only in the mind, but its imprint resides in your heart.

Notice what the remembrance enlivens in you. How are you feeling physically, emotionally, energetically?

No matter what roles we play in our lives, connecting with our heart’s intelligence can make the difference between night and day. A few of the advantages are:

  • Physical well-being: A happy heart wards off accidents and illness.
  • Mental Clarity: Including the heart, the mind becomes unclouded and provides solutions.
  • Emotional resilience: The heart’s influence reduces tension and accidents.
  • Enhanced relationships: A heart connection initiates trust and profound bonds with others.
  • True satisfaction: Living from our heart generates a life of joy and gratitude.

Our heart establishes within us a pathway to wisdom, to serenity, and to being a warmhearted, compassionate human.

Fullheartedly,
RelationSmiths, Nancy and Sharon
