What have you forgotten?

Change your perspective - image of flag from underside

July 4th is often a time to get together with family and friends, barbeque, enjoy (or complain about) the heat, watch a parade, enjoy other festivities, and have catch-up conversations. It’s also common to find people bewailing many things going on in the world. It’s the time of celebrating this country’s independence, a reality not many people in the world get to experience.

What was your July 4th like? What did you celebrate?

Backpack felt a little stuck.

What can you remember that will help you breathe easier when you feel overwhelmed?

How will this remembrance support your work and the people in your life?

Continue to have a happy July,
Sharon and Nancy
